You can have a helper lift the rear corner of the bed slightly while you start your washer and nut. Lay something on the head of the bolt to hold it in place. Or,
I was able to start mine with the help of Judy pulling up on the bolt while I slid it in place with Long hemostat's and she turned the bolt until it started. Then used a ratchet wrench to tighten. Good Luck.
Oh' you know what hemostat's are?lol
