Manager is Robert Reising, 800-749-5788. The store is Florida Tire Terminal in Avon Park Florida. I purchased my tires in person and was able to tour their shop. They specialize in refurbishing floation tires for Ag. equipment. Robert is a good resource on heavy duty tires. Go Orlando Magic!
