Part number needed please

I took the 57 W-100 in for the State Inspection today. Passed with flying colors, except for the drag link. The W-100 drag link is a one piece deal with both ends integral to the body. VPW lists them from 61 on, nothing older. I cant find the number in my 57 Parts Book. Anyone have either a source for them, or a part number?
I have one from a parts truck I disected, but its as bad or worse than the one on the truck.
My other option is to find a pair of small tie rod ends and a connector piece and make my own.
