for a dealer to get reimbursed for warranty
repairs the technican performing the labor
operation must be certified in that area
if a non factory certified technican does the
job the factory will charge the dealer back
for the total repair. If you have ever gone
through a Factory Warranty Audit then you
know what I am saying.
