I've got a smallish military container dolly with some weird wheels like that. They're 16" rims. I think the tires are 7.00 or 7.50. The container dolly's probably only 20-30 years old, so presumably there are quite a few out in the surplus yards. If you want, I could measure the bolt pattern and hole sizes, but not until the snow melts.
