Dayle. Can you measure between the frame extensions and see if they are parallel? This should help to determine if the frame is twisted. Do you have the correct winch for the truck? It sounds like you know what you are doing, but it's difficult to give suggestions without seeing the problem. Can you post a picture? If not, can you email a picture to me and I will post it for you? JH
