The gears on my "after" non synchro tranny ('52 FFPW) looked a lot like your pictures Joe posted.
I got one gear from VPW, but the other one, the big cluster, I got from a place in Massachusetts that Vaughn told me about here on the forum (check the archives). The bearings I believe I got from Dave C.
Anyway, it was a pretty simple unit to rebuild, once I got the NOS gears.
