Kevin, Fleabag here, We bake ours in the oven after they have been sliced in half and soaked in salt water for a day, just mix a egg batter and flour and put on a cookies sheet using some non stick spray and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25 to 30 mins then flip mushroons over and finish bakeing untill golden brown and a little crisp then take out and put a few on some bread and salt, and then eat your sandwich!
