Do they carry the double ended ones, or just the single ended ones?
I found a couple of old double ended ones in 1/2-inch size that I use on both of my winches.
If you are braiding a flemish eye in your 7/16-inch cable, you probably would never be able to get a 7/16 Safe-Line clamp to fit. Even a 1/2-inch size is very hard to get onto a braided 7/16-inch cable without clamping it in a large bench vice and using a BFH.
If you do not braid a flemish eye, you would probably never be able to get a 1/2-inch Safe-Line clamp tight enough on 7/16-inch cable.
If you want the correct double ended ones in 7/16-inch size, you may be better off looking for hen's teeth.
