Hello Dana: I am currently running a saw shop, and I mess with older saws as well as newer. From what I have found out, Wright was a division of Beaird Poulan for years. I have been told that some parts for Wright interchange with very old Poulan saws.
As for carb kits. SOme Wrights came with a Tillotson HL diaphram carbs, which for them, basic kits are still availbile. If you can get me the model number, I have a couple of older saw manuals that Id be glad to copy pages out of for you and send them to you. Please give me a jingle at 810-656-7496 as I dont get on here much.
I am into collecting older saws as well, and would be interested in acquiring more for the collection.
