cummins 2500 or 3500 srw

i'm looking to purchase a new dodge 4x4 megacab to pull my boat and possibly command car. a dually is out of the question as this will replace my everyday gmc yukon xl. im looking at either a 3500 srw or 2500 unit. besides the weight rating diff, what are the pros and cons. i looked on the dodge website but couldnt determine without filling out credit app if they are doing 0% financing. is there a good way to search out what im looking for? the dodge site points you to individual dealers and then you search them and don't find your truck. i was once a member of the tdr, but since im not moddding my truck, prefer to get some input here. thanks!!!!
