Hi Gary
The OD is a Dennan Overdrive. It mounts just behind the transfer case. It is a little less than 20% overdrive. Works really well, the weak link seems to be the connection to the transfer case. I re-engineered mine and knowMac in Texas has had his redone as well after a failure on the trail. Other than that it is a great unit. It is a Layc*o*c*k de Normanville unit. I am not sure if they are currently being produced.
