I took a look at my NP540 PTO and all I could find was the Spicer logo cast in and 8 stamped in. Not much help I know... maybe the tag fell off. I'll see if I can find out a model #. I didn't know 540s had a left side PTO on the front ever. Mine is on the right side facing back. Also a 6 bolt access on the left rear. It was on a 57 D500 farm truck and is dated 1956. G
