The wiff bought nothing but GM product for decades, just as her father had. She was a GM girl, even has the GM chargecard.
When she came to Rochester she became acquainted with UAW members at Roc. Products and Delco. She listened to them tell stories about how little they did and how much they made. She saw the pension checks.
In 2006 she bought a new car. She wanted a car made in the USA. She looked at GM. She had driven Ford rental cars. She looked at Chrysler product.
She has been driving a US built car ever since. The car is called Hyundai. Made in Alabama by Americans who want to work, not participate in a lifetime social welfare system. She will NEVER again buy a UAW made product. She sees it that she has to work for her pension and health care, and she will be damned if she pays for theirs too.
