You can base coat the entire cab (inside & out) at once starting from the inside working your way out. When it's time to clear do as Kevin mentioned. Clear the inside & wait a few hours then tape off the door & window openings with easy release tape. This way the clear doesn't spill over & cause the interior to die back. Be sure to pick up a quality tack cloth to lightly go over the exterior before you shoot the clear.
