I live in the area,and it's been sitting in the same spot for years.No the owner won't sell it. I had a close look at it a couple of years ago. It was originally a 1941 open cab weapons carrier.At some point years back someone installed a 1939 to '46 Chevy pickup cab,it's a pretty good fit. Up close it's REALLY rough.
