Garwood winch for sale $300, Vermont

This is a 10K Garwood winch that I took off my M37. It is originally from a Deuce. It is alot like an LU-4.
Seems to work, turn the shaft, the drum turns. The handle moves but I dont know any more than that.
It is located in Vermont, I can bring it to the Lee Rally or the West Virginia Rally.
$300 and you can call it your own!
