lots of older suvs have tires mounted inside. your best bet might to be to consider modifying a repro m37 cargo bed spare mount. snake river tom on the page here sells them. they are plenty stout, mount the tire vertically. they are the right height for your tire and will work with the cast centering cap to reduce rattle.
