The bed is completely wrong as you say Ron, and that brake booster is obviously an add on. I also think the steering column might have been modified in some way.

Without more pictures it is hard to say what is original on this truck, but for right now I would say the cab and front clip for sure are from a 1957 W100-W200. The axles look like they may be original 1957 W200, which would make me think the frame might be original. All in all not that bad a truck considering where it is, all that Casper needs is a correct bed and a rear window to make the truck look pretty stock from the outside. Lots of these trucks have non original engines.
