We have had an exceptionally mild winter this year here along the Front Range of Colorado. The mountain snowpack is above average but we simply haven't had any upslope storms to give us our moisture down here on the east side of the Rockies. Still have a month or so but it's extraordinarily dry here and temps have been warm too.
