Take your wheels to a truck tire shop and have them dismounted (and later probably remounted) Yes you can dismount them yourself
I did the ones on our 48 but i was a
"TIRE GUY" for 20 plus years and knew all the
easy ways used a Ken tool and hammer and slowly eased the bead from the rim (both sides) but even knowing how to do the job it was not an easy process.
