Well...let's see.
The WC 59/60 fuel pump quit this weekend so I need to get another one. Nick and I replaced most of the brake lines and hoses. The two rear bleeder screws are stuck, even after heat and parrafin, so we will have to pull the wheel cylinders. I have a lead on a cargo body for the truck from a WC-64 KD ambulance.
The engine for the WM300 is at the rebuilder. Just need to get up there and help him put it all together. The NP-420 is at John's house. Same thing. The cab is back home in the garage. It needs finish sanding and painting.
I had the 6x6 running this weekend, but the float valve must be stuck because gas came flooding out of the hole for the accelerator pump. I need to move the truck onto the trailer and strip the cab, engine and frame to put the "new" frame onto the drivetrain. I'm starting to gather the pieces needed to rebuild the front axle. I think I will put a locker in front.
Nick did not get into MIT. He has been accepted to the honors college at WVU with a full ride through several sholarships, including freshman engineering. He is also National Merit Scholar semi-finalist and a Presidential Scholar semi-finalist.
No complaints, here.
