Check out where things rub the wires. Fire wall, under dash, etc. Sometimes a wire plug comes out of a socket and rubs something under the dash. The voltmeter is your friend. Check one wire at a time using meter and a meter lead extension with alligator clips. If all else fails, Junior & I can make a road trip out your way.
