Yes It's a 39 Fenders are not flat. We bought out of Oregon and the title does say 39. I am a rookie when it comes to these trucks but my son who is handicap loves them so we are going to try our luck in fixing it up for him. I guess we will try our luck in fixing the fender we have. Thanks
