Kevin,
"Designed to ba a car as well as a tractor, the UDLX Comfortractor was the first assembly-line cab tractor ever built. It could pull a three bottom plow all day long and then take the farmer's wife to town at road speeds of up to 40 mph. Its comforts included a radio, hot water heater, cigarette lighter, ashtray, and mirror with a clock. The UDLX was never trucked from one dealership to another. Instead they were driven by Minneapolis-Moline blockmen or managers....there were only 150 ever built." They were built in two runs during 1938. The power came from a 283 inline four cylinder

I have always had a fondness for the 'Prairie Gold' tractors...and not just the UDLX
