Lumber prices are down, but I have not cut employee wages, my liability insurance hasnt dropped, my workers comp hasnt dropped, unemployment insurance has gone up statewide, etc. etc. So no, labor prices are not down. Except when people bid work at or below cost just to have a place to park their workers for a while. That practice will bite everyone in the pants.
