buy the trucks, cleanup (much as one would do to a used car) 1 at a time, add as much historical data as you can on Phil's site

get each one done.
then watch ebay & the photo classifieds and
when there are not a lot available place 1 at a time for sale Not all at once
supply & demand rules
this method would give you the best return on your investment. not a short term approach.
