The one on the right. It's a neat old building. It was really grand in its day, but the upstairs is uninhabitable now until I completely re-wire, re-plumb, and sheetrock it. I like it, though, and I especially like the 75x100' of full basement under it for my shop and storage.
As for the heavy load, I looked up the "SSGD1000" on the Internet, and it appears to be basically a 1,000 hp 2,000,000 pound winch.
