Wil that sounds like the best place to start would be with ARB. I guess that would give us all one more reason to go with their locker... real axles. I know this is a reach, but has anyone(and the dude would have to be a machinist or work in the driveline industry) cut the spindles off and re-weld spindles off a more modern dodge truck to get some real axle diameter. I've seen where just using different bearing/race combinations can gain you a pile more inside diameter. Anyone ever gone this far out on a limb? Yikes! $10,000 diffs, and you get to pay for two of them!
