7800 miles in 7 days is 46 1/2 miles per hour for 168 hours straight, Now I suspect you needed to stop for fuel, bathroom breaks, and to load or unload the trucks. Got to be a dozen stops for fuel, even at 20 minutes to fill up and take a whiz, that is 4 hours. Now the average speed is 47 1/2 MPH, 24 hours a day for a week. Maybe you keep a weeks worth of food in your truck and never stopped for food but that is a stretch.
Go on now, pull the other leg!
