If there's enough juice in the battery, cranking with the throttle wide open will eventually un-flood it. Might need to jump to a running rig to do that. Waiting a couple hours and trying again has always worked for me, assuming you're not in a hurry. Either way, crank with the choke open until she fires, then give her enough choke to keep running.
