URGENT-Power Steering Conversion

I desperately need to know quickly if there is a conversion kit to add power steering to a '60s Power Wagon. Or is adapting from a newer truck something fairly simple and inexpensive? My shoulder is too messed up to handle manual steering.I need to know quickly since I think the truck I want will be gone as soon as someone else looks at it. Thanks, Phil
