Steve, I found it in a August 1994 copy. I could send you a copy or fax you one. I don't know about putting copyrighted material on the internet. I talked to the person that wrote it and he is okay with it, but he isn't the copywriter. I would have to ask Gordon Maney if that is okay with him.
