NV 5600 conversion

I just limped back from my last road trip. Tranny problems, I just can't keep the 4500 together. I go back and forth from 5th gear problems to pilot bearing problems. I'm looking for an NV 5600 to put into in my 97 Cummins 4X4 dually
I need the whole set up ( or at least the tranny and bell housing. I will buy or make some sort of PW trade. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. I need to get my truck back on the road by the end of the month.
