You might give some serious thought to a small Dodge Red Ram Hemi V8. They fit in really nice, and were built starting in the early '50's so it would be era and brand correct.
I'm just thinking with the amount of weight tthat ol' 230 would be pushing when it's fully loaded..... It might not be so fun. You might be much happier with a little more power and the comforts of PS and the safety of a dual circut PB system.
