If I had the time and money, every truck I own would have a Cummins in it. But that would get expensive. (W300, W500, and F350)
By the way, I have my '06 straight piped and deleted the CAT, and a day doesn't go by that someone asks me about the sound of the engine. At idle, when the brake is engaged, it sounds a little like a jet engine. I love to get it on long grades just so I can listen to the brake. Like Paul said, it helps on the service brakes around town, too. JH
