I feel your pain ;) I went through the same thing when setting up my truck. I couldn't find anyone local and ended up using a guy in Rhoade Island. Did excellent work and pleasure to deal with. He will do custom stuff. He did 2 1/4" for me so You'll have to call to see if he has the dies or not for 2 1/2" I think he said each set of dies was over $5000.00
I sent him a mockup off the pipes using a muffler shop "normal bender" out of mild steel and he copied them all in stainless for me. Fit perfect with no mods.
