Check the bolt pattern on the flywheel end of the 413 crank, as it might be different than on your 440. The industrial engine usually has the 8 bolt "HEMI" crank flange, and may or may not have the raised centering ridge in the middle of the flange, as some of the industrial flywheels center on the outside of the flange like the old hemi's and flatheads. The crank will definately be steel, and might even have the hardened journals as well. The six bolt front balancer is the old standard pattern used on the early Hemi's as well.
Do the exhaust manifolds on the 413 bolt to the head with 6 bolts or 7? Six bolts = passenger car type heads, 7 bolts = heavy duty truck/motorhome heads with sodium cooled valves and positive valve rotators.
