I've never had that problem and I drive on pretty much nothing but bumps with my M37s. It has to be either fuel or spark, but it's tough to troubleshoot an intermittent problem that only happens while you're moving. My hunch would be spark rather than fuel simply because most of the time problems caused by bumps end up being electrical. There's either a poor connection that gets jiggled lose momentarily, or a wire that's been rubbed through and is grounding out momentarily. If I was you, I'd look over the ignition system carefully, checking to see if any connections are loose or any wires are rubbed or cut where they go across sharp things. Look inside the distributor too and make sure it's good, and the wire from the coil to the distributor is tight. I suppose it's also possible that a coil or an ignition switch could be bad internally in a way that would only act up when you hit a bump, but I haven't seen such myself.
Another way to look for such problems is have the engine running while parked, and start wiggling, yanking, pushing, and banging on various parts to see if you find anything that causes it to cut out.
