Brett, glad you dodged the bull-it. Those beasts are deadly when they come through the windshield.
I barely missed a large bull moose in Yellowstone Park about 30 years ago - thinking about it still gives me the willies. A good friend hit a large moose near Pinedale, Wyoming about 25 years ago in his 1/2 ton Chevy pickup - there wasn't enough left of the pickup to salvage, but he was OK.
