That engine will have a steel crank. The industrial engine used a different balancer, and some used different water pumps and were gear timed from the factory. That block should have two bosses similar shape to the water pump mounting bosses on the back of the engine by the head mounting surfaces. If it has those pads, then you have the heavy 413 block everyone wants. With that block, you can safely bore .070" over and make it into a 426 wedge.
