Probably #8 screws, with trim washers.
Somebody will correct me if I made a bad guess, but at least I got the ball rolling.
And somebody will tell you that VPW sells them.
I sewed up vinyl boots with aluminum trim/bezels. The double boot around the transfer case levels was a solid gold baitch. Now I'll have to make another one, to go around the Jeep column, with the PS conversion. Big hole in floor, to clear the u-joint. I was going to try to find a rubber boot, but making a vinyl one will go with the boots on the floor.
