Just got back from an ambulance run. Transported a friend of mine who is 48 years old and dying of cancer.
Debriefing can help with a bad incident and or request to sit down with a pyco medical professional and talk it out.
I didn't get help when my father died, and wished it had. But it helps to talk it out. Even here on the internet is theropudic.
