Dumping used antifreeze down the drain is not a good thing at all. It will screw up your septic tank if you have one. It will not do the fish in the nearby streams any good either.
It should be recycled. Around here they have places and events to recycle it.
I would not suggest using in your windshild wipers either. Recycle it.
