Gov. Kulongoski (D-ope) is the same guy trying to put a GPS tracker in everyone's car and tax you by the miles you drive. Oh, and tax you at a higher rate if you drive on certain roads during certain hours. Oh, and it won't displace the gas tax, it will only add to it.
By county, over 60% of Oregon is conservative, but the liberal populations around Portland and Eugene control the whole state and we end up with people like this in charge.
