Every one of my panels has a patch in it. Plus lots of hammer/dolly work. I'd be glad to pay freight, I think I could make a good living fixing up and selling what snobs call scrap.
I'll unbend it, patch it, and beat it within a 1/16" of it's life. Sell it without bondo or primer, so you can see what was done.
