Embossed 1945 DH/C B166A Mk 3

13hi, 19x8 1/2 Rubber stamped "Made in Canada"

Apparently the B166 is a container ID, and the A means dark green. I thought maybe 37mm for the WC 51, but only find a hint for 2" mortar rounds or rockets.
