You have a heat issue causing the system to build pressure. By-pass the lock to eliminate it as a possibility.
- Did you use the flat rubber ring that comes with the kit? If so, take it out, especially if used between piston and steel washer in rear, in front of clip.
You still have air in the system if you have to pump up the brakes - probable cause for the problem.
