I am sorry that the California situation will not recieve much sympathy from the smaller states. The State of Idaho has always operated on a balanced budget, and al lot of our Fire and EMS depts are volunteer, I know the word volunteer is not in the vocubulary of a Union member. But, hey, thats how we get things done and keep our heads above water.
