Nick,

Unfortunatley California is leading the rest of the states in going bankrupt. Here in Missouri they are talking about the unemployment fund being empty and taking a loan from the Feds while delaying payment to the unemployed.

Hard times are coming all the way around and most states and the Feds are insolvent from a finacial standpoint. Of course that translates to higher taxes to bail out the mess the financiers and politicans got us in to.
